ASCHMANN & PFANDL as a partnership was founded in 2002 by Manfred Aschmann and Christian Pfandl, in 2021 Barbara Schmid joined the firm as third equity partner. The law firm operates in the historical city centre of Graz in walking distance to the civil courts and has specialised in Corporate Law, M&A, Real Estate, Restructuring, Insolvency and Banking & Finance, with an addition of Employment Law and IP-Law making it the ideal law firm for consultations in current/daily business but also for (cross-border) transactions. With our excellent network of tax and business advisors we can offer custom-made and encompassing solutions.
