The Law Firm Mesa was established in 1964, when its senior partner, Dr. Rodolfo Mesa Beltré, installed his first professional office. As the Dominican economy grew, during the mid eighties, our office diversified it’s action camp, going from a small legal practice of helping people with legal problems in civil, commercial or land law, to providing a service oriented in helping Dominican and Foreign businesses and enterprises with their legal needs, this is how our office specializes in corporate law, which covers: industrial property (registered trade marks, commercial names, invention patents, etc.), intellectual property (author’s rights), corporate organizations; labor law, amongst others.
