Milan, 3 September 2025 – COCUZZA announces the appointment of Lisa Alice Julien as Partner and Nicolò Chiossi as Junior Associate, along with the launch of its new French Desk.

An Italian-French lawyer, admitted both to the Milan Bar Association and the Barreau de Paris, Lisa Alice has over fifteen years of experience in Italy and France, working with leading international law firms. Throughout her career, she has headed a French Desk and managed a Paris office, assisting clients in cross-border transactions and building extensive expertise in advising companies and investors on business relations between the two countries.

At COCUZZA, Lisa Alice will head the new French Desk, further developing her cross-border practice across both jurisdictions. She will assist French clients in Italy and Italian clients in France, offering close support not only in M&A, corporate, commercial, and real estate matters, but also in restructuring & insolvency and employment law.

The French Desk further strengthens the firm’s international capabilities, complementing the German Desk coordinated by managing partner Eva Knickenberg-Giardina, and creating a new platform dedicated to cross-border relations.
